Upcycled thrift store find - Easy project with WOW effect!
I bought this old figurine display case at a thrift store for $4.00 - Perfect!!!
First step was to remove the velvet covered backing
Next step: cleaning and painting. I used my all time favorite dark grey (Behrs Cracked Pepper) in a chalk paint version
Last step: painting the backing with white paint. Bought two pages of scrapbook paper @ Michael's and covered parts of the backing with it
I put everything back together and here we go:
